For Documentation, Presentations, Litigation
It is important to be able to document a fault for analysis, for corrective action, or to prioritize repairs. For these purposes, and cases involving possible litigation, your infrared inspection survey includes a documented report.

Reports and the documentation provided to you are a great tool for predictive maintenance programs, to fulfill insurance requirements, for insurance premium assessments, appraisal and damage claims, for a pre-purchase residential survey, a new commercial construction inspection, and this list could go on and on... I think you get the picture. But what you would need is an ‘infrared picture’.

For presentations pertaining to landing large contract jobs and projects, to product promotions, for advertising your own product, using infrared images can be instrumental in selling or positively contrasting your products or services to potential clients. Companies seeking the competitive edge necessary to set themselves apart in their prospective fields realize this and utilize infrared’s advanced technology imagery to sell their companies services. You should too!

Litigation is a topic you won’t hear too much about until the final verdict’s been declared. When you use a certified infrared thermographer to perform an infrared inspection you receive the credibility of an infrared professional who can visually document and analyze your situation and testify to it at a legal proceeding. Infrared gives you the means necessary to show others what can not be seen with their own eyes to prove your point!

Reports
The report is contained on a media-formatted CD and will include infrared images, comparative digital pictures where necessary, and an analysis of the infrared images contained in the report. This CD will also contain any additional infrared images and digital pictures taken during your infrared inspection though they might not appear in the actual report. A printed and spiral bound covered report of your infrared inspection is also provided. The infrared images do appear best when viewed on a PC than in print. Additional printed reports can be provided depending upon your needs.
