A 'New Camera'.....YaHoo!
I've
added a new IR camera to the company's inventory. I still
get excited adding and using
new stuff, and infrared's variety of
application
uses is so unbelievably interesting for me. I just love
it. But, back to the camera, a FLIR Systems ® EX320
infrared
camera was selected to replace a work horse of a camera
in the E-4. The EX320 was selected not only because
it's a great
camera and a nice upgrade from the E-4 but primarily
for the superior image quality it will provide in client
IR
inspections. The 320 has twice the image resolution
as the previous camera
and this will provide a cleaner, crisper, sharper image
and make it easier for you to view your inspection
images. And,
the 320 is not a one application camera, it's a versatile
camera for all IR applications, which is the other primary
reason I chose it.
You can view the EX320's specs at
www.flirthermography.com/cameras/camera/1074/
It's
a great IR camera and you'll be very satisfied with
the imagery quality. It's a state of the art camera
and you should be aware that you're getting the best
and
benefiting
from the newest equipment for your infrared services
application.
Sawyer IR Webpage
Speaking of new stuff, a better printer has been added
for better quality printed reports. A new digital camera
has replaced
the old one,
it's also better. AND, I'm driving the Sawyer IR
webmaster nuts
with updates for a 'BETTER' new and improved webpage!
Sorry, Pete.
Bear with me. Some web changes have been made so
enjoy them and watch for the complete webpage upgrades
which will
be finished up soon. Oh, and this page, the RECENT
NEWS section is NEW! So let me know if there's anything
you find interesting
here or if there is anything that you would like
to know
about infrared, and I'll do my best to give you what
you want.
It's been a busy half a month and all of this rain will drive a flurry
of IR activity for the rest of the month I'm sure.
I'm working
on an infrared security paper too, so look for that
soon.
IR Services
Surprise
Heating and energy prices are climbing, which explains why I'm getting
more commercial building calls. More commercial building
owners
have concerns of wanting to know how to keep their
fixed costs down as much as possible, building efficiency
is
their goal, a primary concern for them. Infrared
gives them what they need. The surprising part of
this for
me this month has been that they also want an IR
inspection of their home added to their commercial
job invoice,
and
I'm happy to help.
